Ugh lots of acid reflux again. I haven't even eaten very much today. Maybe that's part of the problem?
It's ridiculous, drinking water somehow seems to set it off

It's like super likely that my acid reflux is caused at least in part by gluten, and I really need to at least try going gluten-free but it's so hard!
And I already barely eat anything and if I also didn't eat gluten I basically would never be able to eat at a restaurant ever. Like, there would be nothing for me.
Places around here don't have gluten-free bread and stuff
I'd have to always eat at home and eat basically three meals

I don't have time to cook all the time and figure all this out while also dealing with classes and stuff but I also don't have time to deal with all this acid reflux and being unable to breathe.
Probably over winter break I should try cutting out gluten and see if that helps
Honestly though I feel like it might be worse if that doesn't help because then where does that leave me

@lindentreeisle yeah so far I've seen the university doctor twice. She gave me some acid reflux medicine, but it was only 14-day courses and they tested for a bunch of things, but I didn't have any of them. And then she told me I just needed to change my diet.
Which is frustrating because I have been but it's still happening

Ugh. I'm sorry it's not simple. 🙁

I'm sorry, that's frustrating. ☹️ If you are in a position to do so (ie insured) it might not be the worst idea to see a dr? I have a friend who has a ton of reflux issues, I can't remember what the exact problem is (gerd maybe?) but she deals w it mostly by cutting out acidic foods.
