It's healing quite well! I have only one question: why is the big big big rule never to pick off a scab, but if you remove suprasorb foil it will literally pull the dead skin layer of the #tattoo off? but it seems it didn't do any damage to the colors!
@distel the way I understand it, the "never remove a scab" rule implies that you must not interfere with the natural shedding of tissue that will occur in the healing process. It is basically a variation of the do-not-scratch-rule. Espacially with a big tattoo like this, there will, in my experiencce, be no way of preventing certain amounts of tissue from shedding.
@juni hm, so maybe the don't pick-rule wants to make sure that you don't pull off tissue that's not ready, while the suprasorb foil pulls off only tissue that would have fallen off anyway?
@distel I think so. All the rules, in my experience, are circling around the deeper wisdom of "do not disturb it - help it (with healing substances and moderate covering)".
