@distel the way I understand it, the "never remove a scab" rule implies that you must not interfere with the natural shedding of tissue that will occur in the healing process. It is basically a variation of the do-not-scratch-rule. Espacially with a big tattoo like this, there will, in my experiencce, be no way of preventing certain amounts of tissue from shedding.

@distel I think so. All the rules, in my experience, are circling around the deeper wisdom of "do not disturb it - help it (with healing substances and moderate covering)".
