Some of it is frustrating ICE apologia, but I do also see more thought and nuance here than I'm used to. In particular, the distinction of "we are not selling professional services to them, we merely failed to stop a reseller renewing a s subscription" does matter.

But I'm not sure _how much_ it should matter. Presumably they still could have stopped this renewal.
