gender stuff +
And for whatever reason it's helped me word something I've needed to post for a bit. I'm not 'trans-femme' . I am non-binary/genderqueer when it comes to masc/femme.
But I am a woman, which is a social construct I do find meaningful, and in opposition to that of man. and some of those things I do consider core to 'woman' vs 'man' may be perceived as part of 'femininity', (i.e. invisible labor) but thats not how I interact with them.
My ideal day job is groundskeeper, I have a vision of a homes surrounded by cottage gardens that fade into formal botanical gardens and then towards less managed spaces. No firm lines between food, ornamental, and wild. Towards the outside the arboretum type space fades into mildly managed forest, the other direction it fades into larger pasture and croplands. The large duck/lily pond is a point where the three focuses of horticulture, silviculture, and agriculture most expressly meet.
@eldang can I PM you some request for advice/information?

@Moss in our meetings at work we have a role called vibe checker. the person is supposed to monitor the emotions in the room, and reflect back to the group if/when things get hard/heated. if they call out "vibe check" then we stop and check-in with everyone and make sure they are doing OK, and the facilitator takes appropriate action to move the conversation in a way that might help those that are having a hard/emotional time
