@GwenfarsGarden Very little, for a change! I browned yellow + red onions, sautéed grated ginger, added a few small potatoes to give it thickness and some roasted carrots. I used a few sprigs of thyme, carrot tops, bay leaf, a tiny amount of smoked paprika and a good generous shake of white pepper.
Come to think of it, I did add a bit of veg stock and shiitake stock powder (awesome stuff if you get hold of it) and a dash of soy for umami. #CookingWithoutARecipe
