Are you a #data person looking for work in Seattle? My team just lost a couple people, postings aren't up yet but we will be replacing them.
Health care experience strongly preferred but I don't think it's a hard requirement.
@orrery These are analyst roles, you'd be working primarily with Tableau & SQL. Python/R are bonus. We expect people can pick up Tableau pretty quick, it's fine if you've never used it before.
There are also always data engineering roles open if you're more into that.
There's a drug screen at hiring, I'm not sure if marijuana is a deal-breaker or not.
@mcmoots *nods* I'm more asking-for-a-friend 'cause I know I'm SRE/SDE/SDM, not data science or machine learning, but I wanted to find out if there were any specific techs you considered essential.
And these days, at least personally, I won't apply any place that treats pot as a dealbreaker, same as I won't apply anywhere that doesn't cover trans healthcare. I can afford the luxury, so I try to move the needle.
Thanks for the data! I'll spread the word.
@orrery The cool thing about WA is that the insurance commissioner requires literally everyone to cover trans healthcare so we at least have that going for us.

@vector No π
@mcmoots What's your list of tech requirements and do you drug screen? ^v^
