I'm super excited to have a acupressure ring coming in the mail this week. I borrowed a friend's to try out and I think it's going to be awesome for quiet subtle finger stuff. I had never heard of them. I'm also now wishing I'd gotten the wrist one.

But mostly I swing my legs, wiggle my feet, end up crosslegged on chairs...

@mcmoots PS, that's more straight-up fidgeting and not sitting still than stimming, I guess, but that happens even more, especially fidgeting with my hair.

@Fritillaria2 I feel like usually my fidgeting urges are easier to redirect, like, I could just jiggle my leg or something as a substitute. That wasn't working for me today though.
