Anything the GOP accuse the dems for, they go right ahead and do:

• non-American–born candidate (Zodiac, probably better known as Tes Cruz, born in Canada)
• fake news
• rushing litmused SC justice
• corruption and swampland
• bad email management
• abuse, assault, and trafficking
• old and incompetent candidates (don't shoot the messenger on their ageist rhetoric)
• tampering with the vote (id and vote security does make sense but they are deliberately and explicitly targeting black neighborhoods)

So when they drum up a months-long campaign that the election was "stolen", that's… pretty scary.

That's gonna be their plan? To an ever greater extent than when the Scalia-led supreme court did it in 2000, I mean.

I am so unbelievably dissappointed by the dems. Their executive administration have approved thousands of drill permits and their legislative representatives didn't pass their package in the Senate. Manchin leads the polls for reelection in 2024 btw.

The electoral college working as intended actually. (Which is why that needs to change, maybe the NPVIC can be a stepping stone in the right direction.)

It was designed in an era were democracy by popular vore wasn't a given. It's in accordance with the principles of federalism that even despot states with kings and knights could join the union and have representation. Every state runs things the way they see fit.

Of course, the SC being a partisan hellhole is not part of the design but that's because the founding fathers fucked up as per ushe 🤦🏻‍♀️

@j12i

As long as the executive is FPTP you need a two party system. But we need to kick out the GOP/GQP because they are utterly ridiculous.

When the Dems are as eagerly and willingly participating in the fossilpocalypse as they are, it's prety scary to think that the Overton window is even further to the right than even the democrats.
