Can anyone recommend comedy scifi or fantasy along the lines of Discworld by authors of color? Or comedy eldrich horror too.

@transmundane A friend just recommended The Old Drift also, by Serpell. I want to read it.
@transmundane you could try Turbulence by Samit Basu. I'm not sure if it's quite the level of comedy you're looking for, but it's definitely kind of a sly take on comic book tropes, I really enjoyed it. (The sequel is not as good though.)
